Do I have to pay postage?

No Free snacks means just that, you do not have to pay anything to receive your snacks.

How long will I  have to wait to receive my snacks?

Your snacks will be sent out the next working day and you will normally receive them within 3 - 5 days.

Where's my points?

Free Snacks is updated everyday for the day before - eg. the points you earn today will show up on your account tomorrow.

Do I have to give my phone number?

No you don't have to give out your phone number if you don't want to, just put all zeros in the box.

Do I have to fill out other information when I sign up?

We only really need your name and the address where you want your snacks sent along with your email address so that we can keep you up-to-date with offers etc.
